crankshaft is 100% inspected for critical dimensions. Each rod and main journal fillet is manufactured to .125 radii to ensure durabality. Their precise production efforts deliver more accurate dowel pin placement, indexing,
stroke length and a perpendicular crank flange. Concentricity and surface finish are the two most desireable features in a high performance crankshaft journal. Each journal must be perfectly concentric to its specified
centerline, and journal surface lobbing. Callies limits theirs to no more that .00006" to further enhance oil film integrity at high engine speeds.• 4340 Forging
