Their headers feature JBA sealing dome technology to ensure a tight seal with the rest of the exhaust system. The high-flow collector houses the patented JBA Firecone, which has been proven to optimize the scavenging effects in short transition headers. By simulating a longer merged collector, exhaust turbulence is greatly reduced thus netting more power. JBA primary tubes are constructed of heavy-wall 14 gauge mild steel or 409 stainless steel for superior burn through protection and reduced exhaust noise. They make their head and collector flanges from laser cut 3/8" thick steel plate.
