Thunder Racing offers a variety of fuel injectors in different flow ratings to fit just about every application. 50lb/hr and larger injectors are dynamically flowed and matched to within 1% by Racetronix on their
state-of-the-art computerized injector flow bench. Flow matching and cleaning services are available for smaller injectors as well. Performance advantages over pintle injectors (i.e. Ford / Bosch & Accel types) as listed by Delphi:

Why Buy Racetronix Flow-Matched Injectors? Racetronix flow-matched injectors are grouped to within 1% tolerance using Racetronix custom computerized injector flow bench. Unlike companies that claim they sell "flowed-matched" injectors, Racetronix starts with large quantities of injectors, which come from the factory in lots that may vary in flow by as much +/- 5%. Racetronix injectors are statically flowed and dynamically flowed at various RPM's and pulse widths. This injector flow data is transmitted into a computer database which sorts the injectors into 1% tolerance groups.
AEM’s external Peak & Hold Injector Driver module allows ECU’s that have a saturated injector drive circuit to trigger low impedance injectors with a true 4/1 Peak & Hold injector drive circuit. AEM’s Peak & Hold Injector Driver contains 10 independent injector drive channels. Each channel supplies full battery voltage to a fuel injector for rapid current rise, in order to produce positive injector opening. When load current reaches 4.1A (amps), the injector driver reduces the load current to 1.1A and operates as a constant current source. This condition holds the injector open, and reduces system power dissipation. If the current fails to reach 4.1A within 5mS, the driver module automatically reduces the load current to 1.1A.
Installation is straightforward. Users simply hook the injector trigger wires from an ECU to the module, and then hook the output wires from the module to your injectors. Any number of channels can be used from one to 10.
Racetronix Fuel Injector Adapters allow you to use injectors having Minitimer connectors (square Bosch EV1 style) on cars equipped with USCAR injector connectors (Bosch EV6 style) or vice versa. An example would be
LS2/LS7 motors using traditional style injectors. These adapters utilize a simple plug-and-play design, no cutting or splicing.

The Racetronix ICH harness makes installing an impedance converter box with low-impedance injectors a simple, quick and reliable plug and play job. Simply plug the ICH harness into the factory injector connectors and into
your new low impedance injectors. Each injector connector is embossed with the cylinder number for easy identification. Plug in the impedance converter box, hook the harness to your battery and you are done. You no longer
need to cut and splice your factory harness when running high-flow low impedance injectors. The RX-ICH supplies power directly from the battery through a high-quality Tyco 40 amp relay and heavy 10 gauge wire to the injector
harness and converter box. This design provides maximum consistent voltage to the injectors. Maximum stable voltage translates to faster and more consistent injector operation. As with all Racetronix harnesses no attention to
detail and quality of workmanship has been overlooked. All wiring is automotive-grade for maximum oil, gas and heat resistance. The main harness is covered with 300F rated Nylon loom. The injector harness has a woven black
fiberglass loom covering all injector wires which provides the ultimate in protection while at the same time a great appearance. All harnesses are assembled using our computerized crimp-quality monitoring system and then
circuit checked for the utmost in reliability. As with most Racetronix harnesses the RX-ICH is backed by our limited lifetime warranty.
