1999-2010 Ford Truck Supercharger Pulleys

Metco Interchangeable upper pulley system for your 2003-2004 Cobra or 1999-2004 Lightning or Harley Davidson Truck.  Complete system includes CNC machined steel hub and aluminum pulley.  ASP pulley removal tool required for installation.

Metco Interchangeable pulley system for your 1999-2004 Lightning or 02-03 Harley.  Complete system includes CNC machined crank hub and your choice of 2 rings in either 2, 4, 6 or 8lb pulley rings.  This is a complete bolt in kit with no special modifications.  Note:  Higher boost levels require use of the Diablosport Predator Tuner and/or Custom Tuning

Replace factory idlers with these great looking billet pieces from Metco.  Idlers are made from 6061-T6 Aluminum and use the same style "Sealed for Life" bearings as stock idlers but spin much easier.  In some cases there have been a 2-4 hp increase in performance.  Available in 90mm or 100mm.

Reduce belt slippage and increase power with this auxiliary idler pulley system.  The idler provides maximum belt contact of the supercharger pulley therefore decreasing the amount of slippage in high boost situations.  Available with either a 90mm or 100mm pulley.

ASP Blower Pulley Removal Tool.  Necessary when swapping blower pullies and very easy to use.
