2005-2010 Charger / 300C Coolants & Additives

NPG-R is specifically formulated to handle the extreme conditions of racing and high performance automotive, marine and motorcycle applications. The reduced viscosity of NPG-R makes it more compatible with small tube copper-brass radiators while providing the superior cooling of Evans Waterless Coolants. Although NPG-R is safe for all metals and contains no water, an annual coolant change is suggested for racing vehicles. For maximum corrosion protection, high performance street driven vehicles running NPG-R should change coolant every other year.

Note:  Evans coolants are unique to all other types of automotive cooling solutions.  Use of Evans coolants requires your vehicle's cooling system be completely free of any other coolants, including water and all types of anti-freeze.  Use of Evans prep fluid is recommended to properly decontaminate your cooling system.  Also, an Evans coolant pump is recommended for all modified vehicles making higher than stock horsepower levels.  Evans coolants can not be used with electric water pumps.  Please call a Thunder Racing sales rep at 877.516.7223 if you have any questions.

Evans NPG+ Waterless Coolant is the recommended coolant for all gasoline and diesel engines. NPG+ is a stand-alone lifetime coolant that does not freeze, or boil over. NPG+ controls detonation, cavitation, and is non-corrosive. Installing NPG+ requires the radiator, engine block and heater core to be drained completely and then filled 100% with NPG+. A free test strip is included with purchase as a guide to successful conversion.

Evans Prep Fluid is a waterless flush designed for smaller engines. Prep Fluid should be used when the block drains cannot be removed to drain out water antifreeze trapped in the engine block. Prep Fluid is recommended for all motorcycles converting to NPG+ or NPG. Prep Fluid is not intended to be an operating coolant.

Water WetterŽ is a unique wetting agent for cooling systems which reduces coolant temperatures by as much as 30°F. This liquid product can be used to provide rust and corrosion protection in plain water for racing engines, which provides much better heat transfer properties than glycol-based antifreeze. It can also be added to new or used antifreeze to improve the heat transfer of ethylene and propylene glycol systems. Designed for modern aluminum, cast iron, copper, brass, and bronze systems and can be used in either Dexcool (orange) or traditional ethylene glycol antifreeze (green.)

Purple IceŽ is a high performance, synthetic, radiator coolant additive for both gasoline and diesel engines. It is formulated to reduce the surface tension of the coolant, which improves heat transfer through the cooling system while providing additional protection against rust, corrosion and erosion.

Purple IceŽ prevents the formation of scale deposits in the radiator for optimum coolant flow and lubricates the seals of the water pump. It is ideal for use in straight water racing applications or in antifreeze / water mixtures.

Purple IceŽ is compatible with traditional ethylene glycol antifreeze (green) and GM Dex-CoolŽ antifreeze coolants. Purple Ice should not be used in new radiators until anti-freeze has been cycled through the system.
